It Cosmetics Cheek Vitality Blush in Radiant in Rose

I was browsing through the isles at Ulta in search of new blush. I'm pretty loyal to Nars when it comes to blushes. I own Dolce Vita,Amour,Taj Mahal, and Liberte. I love them all. I was curious to test out a different brand. It cosmetics caught my eye and I swatched three of their shades. The first thing that really impressed me where how soft and fine the powder was. It really didn't feel like a powder at all. I ended up going with the shade called Radiant in Rose. It's a nice rosey mauve shade with a bit of gold shimmer. The sheen is very subtle. I think this is a universally flattering shade. Below are a few product pictures and swatch of the blush. Let me know if you have tried these before. So far I'm really impressed with the quality. What are your favorite blushes? Comment down below.

Maybelline Color Sensational Vivids Lip Color

Hello everyone!

Today's post features swatches of Maybelline's Vivids Lipsticks. I purchased these from my local drug store recently. I chose the shades Shocking Coral and Vibrant Mandarin. I've been really liking minimal makeup looks with a bright lip lately. It's really easy and quick to put on some bb cream a little mascara and a bold lipstick. It looks polished and is really effortless. I swatched shocking coral below and in the last picture I am wearing vibrant mandarin. These lipsticks are very opaque and pigmented. I found the staying power to be surprisingly good. I wore vibrant mandarin for about four hours without requiring any touch ups. Overall I'm really enjoying these. I might have to pick up a few more shades. If you have tried these lipsticks and can recommend  shades for me comment down below!

On a side note, it might be awhile before I do any posts on makeup looks. I recently tried surgi cream for face and it completely burned my skin and left scars and rashes. I don't recommend it at all. Especially if you have sensitive skin. I don't know how long it will take to completely heal but I a hoping soon.

Product Empties!

Hello everyone!

I thought I would share a few products I've finished up in the month of April. I'll basically do a short and quick review on each product and let you know if I would be likely to repurchase.

The Body Shop Seaweed Pore Cleansing Facial Scrub

I kept this scrub in my shower and used it to exfoliate a couple of times a week. It is a nice gentle scrub for those with combination oily skin. It doesn't dry out the skin. The micro beads are small but very effective. I would repurchase this but knowing me I will probably try something new!

Benefit Posie Tint

I Love Love Love Posie Tint! In my opinion it is the perfect pink stain. I use it religiously in the spring and summer for minimal makeup looks. I don't wear as much makeup in the warmer months because it doesn't stay on me. This is long lasting for both cheeks and lips. I think it suits all skin tones. I would definitely repurchase this in the future but it will probably be awhile since I just picked up lollitint recently.

L'oreal Magic Skin Beautifier BB Cream in Deep

I have to say I did not like ths product at all when I first tried it. I thought I looked glittery the first time I tried it so I wasn't too impressed. I gave it a second chance and continued to use it until I finished the bottle. This BB cream really grew on me. I like the fact that it is lightweight. It absorbs quickly and it has excellent coverage. I actually prefer this over my revlon and body shop BB creams. I have to say I will probably not be repurchasing this because the shade deep is too dark for me and medium is too light.

Revlon Precision Lash Adhesive

This lash glue is all about the brush! The brush makes it so easy to apply the glue to the false lashes. It provides a controlled application unlike the typical lash glue tubes that can waste a bit of product. The glue itself is strong holding and comfortable on the eyes. It dries quickly and makes applying false lashes a lot easier. I would definitely be repurchasing this.

Batiste Dry Shampoo

I use Batiste dry shampoo everyday. It's great at absorbing and oil on the scalp and hair . I tend to have oily hair and skin. This shampoo is also provides great volume and lift at the roots. I go through about a bottle every month. I've already repurchased another 2 bottles. I am always trying to get my hands on the brunette version but my local Ulta is always sold out.

Hope you found this post helpful!
